On one hand the location was great as we had the beach right...
On one hand the location was great as we had the beach right in front of the hotel but at the same time our room was on the first floor so it was very noisy due to the busy street we had in front of our room.
As mentioned - it was very busy and our room was on the first floor, so cars were literally passing by under our noses. :-(

The view and location were magnificent!
The view and location were magnificent! Clean and comfortable sized. Excellent staff. Right by the beachfront. Two minutes walk to restaurants, salons, shops and bars. A tiny mall nearby. Best beach in Vina Del Mar. Bed made and fresh towels daily. Will definitely recommend!
No air conditioning provided. Summer will be a problem with the heat. No iron provided but laundry is available at a fee. Breakfast is dismal (instant coffee, no eggs). Pool was not very clean. Dirty plates and glass were not cleaned for two days.

The Nilahue hotel is not new but one can see it has been...
The Nilahue hotel is not new but one can see it has been well maintained. It does need upgrade but it is in good condition. The staff was extremely welcoming and polite, wherever we met any of them on property, and very accommodating with our requests like extra coffee, wine cups etc....which we did not have in our rooms but gladly provided us with. The hotel is well located near the action ( beach, restaurants) and for people that like to walk and run like us, there is a beautiful walkway right across the hotel on the side of the beach. We stayed 1 week and we enjoyed every minute.
